2005 Toyota Tacoma vehicle is extremely difficult to stop in inclement weather when snow covers road surface or driving through standing water vehicle is almost imposible to stop. Reported to Toyota dealer and was told it was a normal condition because of ABS. Nothing has been done to correct this condition
