My passenger side sun visor is flopping down by itself blocking my field of view while driving. I had to replace my driver's side sun visor over a year ago because of the same issue. Toyota has apparently improved the design of the sun visor, but will not recall the old design and will gladly charge you $120 to replace it. This is a serious visibility issue that Toyota needs to repair at no cost to the customer.
