Tacoma TRD Sport 4.0L V6

I bought this 2007 Toyota Tacoma as a work truck. I drove it about 5000 miles and then it started burning oil in about two months of driving. I added about one and a half quarts of oil overall a great truck but just keep an eye on the oil.

Truck has started using a lot of oil.

about a quart every 1000 miles.

Engine is clean but one spark plug fouls quickly.

It is probably a bad valve guide but Toyota service refuses to even acknowledgment there is a problem. Says 1 quart per 1000 mile with a truck with 30,000 miles is normal.
