Truck was in parking slot and all of a sudden it jumped the concrete barrier and struck the deli and broke the glass and did some damage to the building. Toyota's reason was that it had been inspected on 6/25/2012 and accelerator operated properly and returned to idle position as designed.This was second time this occurred after being recalled.

My 2007 Toyota Tacoma accelerator stuck on the freeway - I held the brake - did not help - got up to 90mph - I finally put it in neutral & went to the shoulder - was very frightening ,it could have been much worse if there had been traffic at that time. I reported it to Toyota , they told me that year was not on the recall for that problem. I left it at the dealership, they said they checked it & did not find any problems & to remove my floor mat.

Thats BULL,anyway the floor mat can't move, its attached to the floor!
