Windshield craked all the way through during changing the wiper blades.. Arm was in the upright position and slapped down on its own, cracking the windshield. Service department said wipers were changed incorrectly, but really, how is it that that the arm retracted at such velocity to break the windshield all the way through????? They are saying it will not be a warranty repair because it is not a defect. Sounds like a huge design flaw to me, or a faulty windshield. I will never buy another Toyota, because we have had numerous customer service issues with the dealerships and finance department.
