The contact stated that there was a safety issue that was related to various weather conditions that warrant the use of different wiper speeds. Toyota was contacted and stated that was the way the vehicle was manufactured and case # 1008091521 was filed. The vehicle was not repaired. The current and failure mileages were approximately 6,000.
