I'm very disappointed that Toyota has used subpar material and then expects the owner to replace every few years: the dealership maintenance supervisor states this is a common problem, but is considered fair wear/tear. Excuse, me, but this isn't a windshield wiper or tire - it doesn't get "used" - it sits out there in the weather. I have a 2005 Taurus that shows no sign of fogging. Toyota should fix something like this on a vehicle that's not even 4 years old yet.
