Really care for my truck always garaged. White paint really faded with no shine. Clear coat has gone and rust started by window posts. Every time I wash and wash the truck it get even worse. Extremely disappointed with Toyota and unless my truck is not taken care of by Toyota, I very much doubt if I ever buy another one. I thought it was only my truck with this problem until I started to research on line. I have had this truck for 7 years and barely have 30,000 miles on it. I took the truck to be professionally detailed and they are the ones that told me all about Toyota’s paint problem.

I kindly accept any recommendations on how to deal with Toyota.

hood and roof paint fading

There has been other lawsuits against dealers on the same issue I am having. Dealers should not have to go to that extent to take care of a recall. When a consumer reports the issue and it is obvious that there is an issue with the paint in this case, they should act immediately and take care.

But they want us to hire a lawyer who is going to take money from them and from us, why? We could just do this like good neighbors.
