The contact leased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma equipped with bf goodrich rugged trail T/a tires, size P265/70/R16. While the vehicle was parked, the contact discovered that all four tires had visible cracks and were dry rotted in between the two exterior treads. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but was not diagnosed or replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate vehicle and tire failure mileage was 19,647.
