2016 Toyota Tacoma. Consumer writes in regards to headlights failure to provide adequate night lighting. The consumer stated the lighting was especially poor during rain or snow. The dealer stated the vehicle was operating as designed. The consumer feels the standards for the headlights should be reviewed.
