driver seat leather worn off

ASKED WHILE IN SHOP FOR DRIVE LINE ISSUES IF THEY COULD REPLACE THE COVER.

THEY STATED NO IT IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND IF IT IS AN ISSUE AT THE END OF MY LEASE I WILL BE RESPONISBLE TO REPLACE IT. (IT IS FACTORY LEATHER NOT ADD ON) WTF!!! IT LASTED 3 MONTHS AND 2500 MILES NICE QUALITY.
