Every now and then my infotainment radio would shut down, re-boot and then work fine. This would happen once every few weeks. It usually happened within a few minutes of starting the engine. Because it was infrequent and then would work fine, I ignored it.
Today, though it shut down and then repeatedly restarted and shut down again. This continued for my entire 30 minute commute, with no input from me. I am waiting to see if it happens on my drive home.
I will update with my observations. Hopefully it works fine, but my concern is that it's on the edge of complete failure and fails outside my warranty.
Wondering how many other people are having or have had radio issues.

brand new truck has less than 24 hrs and the blind zone monitoring system failed. dealership is willing to get it taken care of, but a huge hassle to get time to take it in with work schedule. tried cleaning all the ice and dirt out to see if they were blocked but didn't help any. Just keeping the system off till fixed now.

This is not your father's Toyota .....
Horrible experience with Toyota Motor Corp, they care nothing about loyal Toyota customers and do what is best for Toyota. Toyota was once a very good car maker but in the last ten years they have become arrogant and self serving. Their product suffers as well, the days of Toyota reliability are long over. My 2017 Tacoma has had an Entune problem since day one. The problem is well documented but Toyota provides warranty service in name only. Look to another brand if you can....
