Took truck to dealer. They would not touch it as there was no service bulletin issued by the factory so as far as they are concerned there is no problem. Truck is very awkward to drive with the clutch pedal at the floor and slowly returning to engage the clutch. Can't pull out in traffic as I can't tell when the clutch will engage.

I will be changing the fluid myself once the weather improves. Factory installed a cheap brand of Dot3 brake fluid. I am replacing with Dot 5.1 which is compatible with the system and has a better temperature range.

The Toyota dealers in my area are pretty much useless.
