I was parked in a parking lot, put the truck in reverse and NO BRAKES! I crashed into the corner post of a chain link fence and a large flower pot made of 2x6. When the truck came to rest on the fence it continued to drive in reverse. Toyota sent out investigator who found NO indication of a crash on the computer (dumbasses forgot to put sensors on the tailgate, back fenders, and the back passenger door of a crew cab) and Toyota will take no responsibility for this even though there was a recall on the brake system but not MY VIN. This is the 2nd accident of the same problem in our town so obliviously there is a problem. Since Toyota moved to the US they have forgotten about customer service, brand loyalty and the pride in craftsmanship their ancestors had.
