elapsed time on eco screen stays at zero

Only a minor annoyance. A random poll online and at the dealership shows this is a problem on about 1/2 of all Tacomas from '20 and even '19. Since the dealers' own vehicles has the issue as well, the refuse to attempt anything to fix it.
