This is an issue that has apparently plagued Toyota Tacomas for quite some time with no apparent agreement from Toyota or dealers as to what the cause is or how to solve the issue. Many online have agreed that this vibration is caused by the 2-piece drive shaft used in the vehicle, while others feel it is the leaf spring suspension, out-of round brake drums, or driveshaft angle. Evidence of this can be found on forums and via search online. In my particular case, it was described by my Toyota dealer as 'normal' and that 'all Tacomas do this.' While this isn't a life-threatening issue and does not affect overall drivability, it is an extreme annoyance and disappointment in a truck that cost almost $40K. While Toyota does not have a TSB on the 2020 model, there have been TSBs issued in the past. References below:

Disappointed with Toyota. I have seen so many other complaints with the same issue, but no one seems to have found a solution. Not life threatening, but annoying and affects the comfort of the ride, especially with a $40K truck. I'm considering trading.
