Trying to talk through bluetooth while driving is almost impossible. If I stop the truck, turn the engine off, everything is fine. If I disconnect bluetooth and hold the phone, everything is fine. I use the same phone in rental cars... no problem using bluetooth whatsoever. My last truck, a 2019 Tacoma had the exact same problem. Toyota is better than this!!!

Please, find an answer, really love the truck otherwise.
