I picked my new Toyota tacoma up from the dealer last week and washed the truck for the first time and noticed stone chips on the leading edge of the box. If the clear 3M rock guard tape went up a few more inches it wouldn't have chipped the paint, now there is a risk of rust in the future and it looks terrible on a brand new truck with 219 kms on it.
