In Feb, the drivers side stopped buckling. the straps are fine but the anchor isn't functioning, we have searched salvage yards and none of the tercels have the same seat belts? I have found nothing that there is a recall but now both front seat belts do not function, I cannot go on freeways, highways or anything else in fear of an accident I will not be safe. Let alone I do not let anyone else ride in the front seat!
