While attempting to maneuver pass a tow truck which was partially blocking the drivers lane of travel, the brakes locked up and the vehicle began to skid forward toward the front portion of the tow truck, the front and center portion of the truck collided with the left front section of the tow truck's bumper, during this accident neither frontal air bag deployed, the driver sustained injuries to his torso and whiplash, the passenger suffered sever abdominal bruising from the seat belt.
