Tundra 4WD 8-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 135,000 miles
The contact owns a 2000 Toyota Tundra. While approaching a stop at less than 5 mph, the contact lost control of the steering. He managed to pull the vehicle over and had it towed to the dealer. The dealer stated that the rack and pinion separated from the frame and was unable to be repaired because the frame was rusted. The contact believes that the frame should not be rusted out because the vehicle is only eight years old. The VIN and engine size were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 135,000.
