The when locking / unlocking - all of the doors will not lock / unlock. Checked all locks to make sure they are not "half way rolled". I tried using the automatic button on the door and not all of the locks will function. Primarily the driver/ passenger doors. The alarm will not arm unless all locks are manually placed in the lock position.

Purchased new 2014 Toyota Tundra limited. Door locks quit working with 17,751 miles on the truck. Took truck in for service and told service tech but they couldn't duplicate the problem. took it back with 23,563 miles on it and they changed Right rear door lock. Took back with 23,864 and they replaced right front door lock and left rear. reported that radio was shutting off and turning back on while driving. THey checked it several times but it wouldn't shut off while sitting at shop. As I drive down the road the radio shuts off several times per week. Took back in with 43,821 miles on it (out of warranty) with 2 door locks not working right front and left rear which have been changed before. They tell me it is out of warranty and they are $500 each installed. I ask how can they not be warrantied since they have all gone out before and seems to be an ongoing issues. THey tell me to take it to Toyota.

2014 Tundra with 28K miles on it had two power lock actuators fail within one month. Luckily the vehicle was still under warranty. Warranty has now expired as of Mid April 2017 and the other two power lock actuators have now failed. It is a safety concern as rear seat passengers cannot exit vehicle without manually moving lock and vehicle alarm will not arm until locks are engaged manually. Dealer told me that this was a problem with all Tundra vehicles. You would think a company like Toyota would issue a Service Bulletin to get this rectified.
