Alert comes on when no traffic around. Toyota dealer says it's normal. 10 times in 12000(ish) miles is not normal

Tundra SR-5 5.7L

  • 8,500 miles

They brake warning system alarm sounded and a brake malfunction light came on at 55 MPH highway speed. Scared me half to death and could have caused an accident. It only lasted 2-3 seconds at most and went out and didn't happen again on my trip. This is very disconcerting. I will take to the dealer soon for investigation but am on vacation for another week.
