I own a 2009 Toyota Venza, engine knock when first start, North bakersfield Toyota stated there was nothing was wrong, (manufacture has determined this to be normal characteristic for this engine.) dealer refusing to repair !!! a tas case # was opened regarding this problem. Date 1-11-2011,15,000 miles.
