I love my Venza, although I hate the ride! I had it checked out about 6 months into the purchase was told "nothing" is wrong with it....so here I am again just can't handle the bouncy ride, I need someone to address the issue and solve the problem because for a car to be so nice and expensive it should have a smooth ride.
I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon that is a much smoother ride than the Venza!!!! Something is wrong with this picture. Has anyone else had this issue? I know when I first got the car people was complaing about the tires being "Goodyear" and since they have replaced them with "Michelin", so maybe I just need the tires replaced. I hope they can get to the bottom of the bouncy ride because I really love everything else about the car. If not sad to say but I will be trading out of it....for sure!!!

I had to change both rear shocks. They were booming all the time when I was driving. I thought it was bushing or something, but I saw oil coming from there and I replaced them it cost me $500. I bought them on ebay and installed them myself. Very expensive car and this problem to comes out, unbelievable. Toyota will start losing many costumers, check other complaints on other pages to see so many complaints those cars have.
