The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Venza. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, a small rock or debris struck the front windshield, causing a 14-inch crack. The contact stated that the failure recurred within less than 3 months. The auto glass company had previously replaced the front windshield with an OEM part. The dealer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not covered under warranty. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
