The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Yaris. The contact stated while driving at night approximately 55 mph, the low beam headlights failed to illuminate when activated. The contact mentioned that the high beams had to be activated whenever the failure occurred. The failure recurred when traveling at any given speed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 127,000.
