i have a TOYOTA YARIS 2010 in the trunk there is a big hole that has a plastic cover top EVERYTIME I PASS BY A SPEED BUMP POPS UP WHEN WE HAVE RAIN WATER GETS INSIDE and when is very hot the car smell bad ... i have gone to LIPTON TOYOTA more then 3 times for the same problem.
last time i went i was ask to give $150 so i can get a rental car while they fix my new car. i refuse to give money, nothing was done ,, few days pass by... i call Toyota in California was told to bring car back to them however i was told that my car was no longer going to be fix at LIPTON TOYOTA to go to other TOYOTA i went to other toyota i was told the same that my car was not going to be fix by them to retake my car to the original place where i had got it ...... thats when i decide to call CONSUMER LAW
i am waiting to resolved this problem ....i am very angry NO MORE TOYOTA S IN MY FAMILY
