Traction control prevents car from going up hills in icy conditions and cannot be turned off unless fuse to traction control and antilock brakes is removed. Remove the fuse and I can get home!

2010 Yaris, came across patch of uneven road, cars ABS/tracking system alarm went off, the car surged violently to left then right could not control steering then finally straightened out, near miss accident afraid of my Yaris.
