Toyota has completely gone mad. They charge outrageous amounts of money for simple parts or they do not offer simple parts at all. A mouse or something similar put a hole in the plastic pipe (a small spiral plastic pipe) which sends fuel from the tank to the engine and the car is losing fuel. Instead of simply replacing the pipe Toyota only sells the whole fuel tank (along with the pipe)!!! This costs more that 570 Euro. And I am not counting the payment of the engineer who will install it. And what if a mouse re-drills a whole in the new pipe? Should I buy a new tank then again? Are they crazy? This is a total rip-off. My next car will totally NOT be a Toyota.
