Steering pulled to left[crown of road] and was heavy. It was not taken seriously enough until a second engineer from Vauxhall, sent to explain arbitration, drove the car. It took several attempts by local dealer + one[final] by Vauxhall HQ to improve the fault: now pretty neutral but still heavy.
