My husband came back from work on 14th Dec and told there he had punctured on the way and it is like 15 punctures each on both the front tyres. He submitted this car to Volkswagen for inspection and claim. Volkswagen executive told that he will complain to JK tyres and then after reviewing report only then can tell whether we can replace tyres. He supposed to give us our car back on 23rd Dec but then he told take it on 24th Dec. When we called to them before leaving to take back our car he told review is done and inspection report will come later but you can take the car next day. So we called him again on 25th Dec but then he told that we have not submitted him the key of the car and that is why inspection also didn't happen. This guy has lost our key now and has not done the check what he supposed to do. Now the tyre cost and the key cost altogether is a big amount for us to bear. I need some senior responsible person to look into this issue and help us out.
