  • 40,000 miles
The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas. The contact stated that while using the key fob, the doors would not unlock and the contact was unable to open the doors. After manually opening the front driver-€™s side door, no other door could be unlocked and opened from inside the vehicle. In addition, both the front driver-€™s side and passenger-€™s side floor carpets were wet from the air conditioning condensation and moisture coming from under the front dash panel. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 40,000.
