Atlas Cross Sport ES 3.21 V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 15,000 miles

Our 2020 VW Atlas broke down 7/12/2023 - EPC & engine light flashing - engine died -was towed back to dealership. Many days later we were told it needed a new fuel pump - went to get it - EPC and check engine light still on and heavy smell of gasoline inside car. Mechanics said get out and wait in lobby. Went back to car one hour later and they had seemingly disconnected EPC light - We drove out of dealership and broke down again on side off road - they lied to us - car sits in back lot of dealership broken down and they told us they do not know what is wrong with the car so they can't fix it.

We have factory and extended warranty but no car. VW Corp at first said they wanted to help us but now they are ignoring us. Gunther VW of Daytona Beach is not to be trusted or this Atlas is a terrible defective car. We are tired of saying come get car only to have it break down again and again less than 3 miles from dealership who does not give a darn about us. DO not buy here - do not buy this car or U will be sorry. They are deflective
