STILL FAILING! After being to the dealership 3 times already, and having: updated the infotainment software (twice) and having the infotainment screen REPLACED, the problem STILL persists! Same issue where the infotainment screen is blurry! feels like a cheap car! Took it once again back to the dealership and they were going to supposedly REPLACE the main control module. This is completely unacceptable and a very bad experience for being a brand new VW SUV.

THIS IS A VERY FRUSTRATING RECURRENT PROBLEM! Got home last night and parked the vehicle. Went inside for a few minutes and when I returned to my car to get something, infotainment system was blurry for the 4TH TIME! I opened a ticket with VW and it has once again been "elevated" to regional service management. No sense of urgency, simply told to wait for yet another diagnostic at the dealership. The entire screen is blurry and unreadable, only operable since I know the menu, but not because you can see features or buttons on screen. This is the entire interface to control all features in the vehicle: AC, driving mode, parking assist, Apple Carplay, navigation, engine status, tire pressure monitoring, interior and exterior settings, etc.! Quite frustrating for a "new" car!!!!

Infotainment system screen pixilation.

Last night I got home, pulled up and turned off the car. went inside and came out to move the car into the garage, and the infotainment screen was pixelated. All graphis were difficult to see or read, but I could still navigate it. I turned the car off and exited it. Gave it about a minute and tried turning it on again. Problem went away. This is the 3rd time it has happened and I have visited the dealership 2 times already with supposed updates that should have fixed it. It obviously didn't. Called dealership and they were going to open a ticket asking for "next steps" from their technical support VW team. Very disappointing this being a brand new vehicle!

infotainment system blurry

Had this car for only 5 months. Turned on the car and the entire infotainment screen is blurry and unreadable. Tried to operate it but every screen and control displayed is greatly distorted and cannot operate the AC system, or any other controls that are managed through it.
