Beetle Convertible

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,000 miles

It's probably just a sign my beetle is getting old but the faux leather all inside the doors is pulling away and seems to be shrinking. You can barely see the outline of the armrest or whatever that is that sticks out. It is hard to get a grip when trying to shut the door. Any suggestions?

Beetle LX 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 39,000 miles

Both door panels disintegrated. The door handles broke out of the panel. The panel has three screws that hold rhe panel to the door. The plastic, that holds the panel to the door, broke.
