I was surprised that the dealership could not find a way to fix the seat. Up/down broken, unlatched all the time. The worst part is if I ever get into an accident the seat is not latched down. It is in the same state as if you were letting someone out of the back seat. I just sit down in the seat when driving and kind of float. Dealership said a new seat for several thousand dollars.
