Beetle Turbo 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 2,970 miles

I bought two new beetles a black 2012 and a white 2013... I had problems with the 2012 before I drove it off the lot, the dealership had the 2012 for the first week I owned it...I had the 2012 for 45 day and the dealership had the car for 32 of those days. The majority of the problems were interior squeaks and rattles with the hard plastic trim in the rear of the car and the gauge binnacle on the top of the dash, also the headlight wiring harness for the right headlight came apart making the headlight inop. When I went to pick up the car for the last time... I got in the car shut the door and the left rear chrome trim fell off the car. After much complaining and phone calls VW and the dealership did a trade assistance so I could get out of the 2012 beetle... The car had 1012 miles on it when they bought it back. After working out deal on a new black 2013 I was happy as a clam for the first 2076 miles then all the rattles and squeaks started showing their ugly heads again...the dealership has had my car for over two weeks trying to "fix" the problems.... My white 2013 has just under 4000 miles on it and it rattles and squeaks just as bad as the 2012 the dealership bought back....but my better half does not want to deal with all the crap that I'm going/gone through.... This is my first and last time I will ever buy a vw...I am so dissatisfied with these car...
