The spoiler collects water and tips it into the boot on opening - Ive had it to the local dealer who put polish on it, Ive contacted customer services and they suggested I wipe it with a cloth before opening ( their office manager has the same car and the same problem and that's what she does) the dealer I bought from say it is a no fix problem - Ive emailed the CEO asking why their design team cant tweak the design and why wasnt this tested before production. Furious and still waiting for exec office at VW and local dealer to sort out.
