Have had my 2010 VW for a couple years now, and its been a great car----until the headliner started sagging. As you can see from the pictures, its just about completely come down. I contacted VW and have been told that basically, its not under warranty so I am completely responsible for the repair. Seems that a headliner shouldn't be coming down like this...i have a 2007 Dodge Nitro and a 1996 Subaru Impreza and don't have issues with either of their headliners.
