I am the sole owner of a 2012 CC I bought brand new and take meticulous care of. I barely open and close my moonroof's sunscreen shade. It either stays open for weeks at a time or closed for weeks at a time. One morning I went out to my car and the screen was just hanging down. The glue or whatever holds it in place has come out of the track or grip it was in. I hadn't touched the screen in over a month. The dealership essentially shoved it back into the moonroof roof area until I can have the entire windshield and roof of the car removed for it to be replaced for $1200.00 of my own money. Claim it is not under warranty.
