Leaking of the roof at the point where the convertible roof meets the windshield pillars is a well-known problem among owners of Eos. There is a TSB, technical service bulletin, on the problem. Unfortunately, this problem is not covered by warranty. Should be a recall, given that most Eos's leak and the fix is replacing the seals with updated, re-engineered seals.
It has been suggested to lubricate the seals regularly. I did. Still leaked horribly, puddles on the floorboards. At $12 per package of lubricant, which contains 3 little towelettes, forget it!
