TL-the contact owns a 2008 Volkswagen Eos. The contact stated while driving approximately 50 mph the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver with constant vibration. The failure recurred only when driving 50 mph and greater. In addition, the power steering warning indicator illuminated intermittently upon starting the ignition. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.
