My car was purchased on 2008 same year of manifacture. I had this problem since that time where everytime I take it for a check they always tell me off claiming that all looks fine, However its not my car gear kick, jurk while climbing to bigger gear however this problem was never identified by company scanners. so due to that my car was kept on having this issue and I kept on going to them all the warranty time. Lots have been replaced in my car however it never improved and as my warranty have ended I was looking and asking around and doing my own research where I found that most of this problem which is accuring to many of the GTI DSG, was mainly because of the Mechatronic part which needed to be replaced by the factory warranty due to its fault on many cars. Now as I was going back to the company saying that its been there for all this time and I have writen reports I should not pay for any labor or part cost as its an ongoing issue that was reported during that time and you were the ones who couldnt find a solution. So now I am faced in a situation where I either have to pay for it or just go to court.
