After an accident my car started smelling funny. I couldn't find the cause. VW service eventually changed a cabin filter which did not fix it, by this time the car was out of warranty although the problem started before the end of warranty. They won't say that the accident could have damaged the window caulking (window does not open) nor will they say that the car had an issue that should have been found and fixed prior to end of warranty. I have to eat the mold remediation costs.

I do not recommend this car, nor the service, nor Allstate insurance who is saying it wasn't the fault of a collision. Bottom line, don't use Allstate, don't buy a VW.
