Golf TDI

Bought car in Nov 2005. May 2006 clutch failed due to "wear & tear" I fixed it at Dealer for $763. Now in Sept 2006 clutch would not engage and has been blown. Dealer refuses to accept responsibility. They want me to pay another $1,335.81
