Golf Trendline 1.6 TDI

Shifting problem 1st to 2nd and 3rd gear. Basically, the problems I'm having are with shifting when the engine is cold. and bad noise also comes from car. I sent my car to be serviced and they say that there isn't any problem. My car will be out of warranty next month.
