  • 16,000 miles
Continental procontact' tx 195/65R15 rt rear tire side wall blew out with no warning. Car has 16000 miles and has been dealer serviced since new. Car was accelerating on freeway on ramp when vibration and thump were felt inside the car. Driver pulled into secure area and saw that tire sidewall had blown out on inside and outside sidewalls. Tire was replaced by Volkswagen dealership at owners expense.
