Traction control issues with a new car

Now I have to take time off work to take the vehicle to the dealership so they can figure out what is the problem. The purpose of buying a new vehicle is to spend less time at the mechanic and more time with family in the road. Oh well I guess VW is not what used to be with all the problems with VW emission and now Porsche and Audi problems.
