Golf GTI

I bought a brand new Golf GTI on 06/26/2017 and on 10/04/2018 (15 months later) the clutch went out at 25210 miles under normal driving conditions.

I went to the dealership service department (Volkswagen of Naples, Naples FL 34104) on 10/04/2018. The Service department claimed that the warranty does not apply since the clutch is guaranteed for 12,000 miles only.

So guys be prepared if you buy a new Volkswagen, you will get a clutch failure after 25k and you will be $27K on your own!
